I am writing to thank you personally, and your staff for the excellent service and quality of your products you supplied for my boat. The curved rail matches the duck board contour perfectly, and now I finally have an excellent storage facility for the tender. The electric stainless steel BBQ works a treat, and over Easter we cooked on it 5 times in 3 days. Adding the stainless steel bait board as a preparation and serving table makes the whole meal cooking process so much easier. I was more than happy with the final price, and I will certainly recommend your services to all of my boating friends.
We wish to pass on our sincere thanks to Cookout BBQ's and Southern Stainless for supplying us with sensational quality products. We purchased two BBQ’s – One a Gas Infinity BBQ and the second an Electric Teppanyaki BBQ, which we had installed side by side. Both BBQ’s perform beautifully and are very easy to control the correct amount of heat to cook anything to our liking. As we are so happy with your products we have now ordered a Square FirePit to be installed on our new outdoor deck. The service we have received from Matt Brown is second to none. We have owned our Cookout BBQ since December 2003. In all that time the BBQ has never left our front verandah, which faces the ocean. The BBQ has faced cyclones, gale force wind and rain, and all the conditions associated with living on a sand hill in Queensland. At my request Matthew (Cookout BBQ's) gave my BBQ a clean. It is now as good as new and has saved me the cost of a buying a brand new one.
The FirePit supplied by Southern Stainless was the final touch to my recently landscaped courtyard. Having only seen a photo of the FirePit I was so pleased when it was delivered and in place. Dramatic, elegant, beautifully made and easy to operate. Couldn’t be happier with my decision. Thanks to Matthew and his team for their excellent customer service.

Being honest, I had some hesitations as I was leaning more towards purchasing a gas BBQ from you. You were so right! We recently purchased a gas FirePit from Southern Stainless and loved it so much we decided to purchase another 2 for each of our balconies at our house on Sovereign Island and have now also added the FirePits to our retirement resorts. The FirePits are beautifully made and we highly recommend Southern Stainless for their craftsman ship and outstanding service.
